Elbow / Arm Pain
The most common elbow conditions are known as tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) and golfers’ elbow (medial epicondylitis). These are injuries which have occurred to the tendons which connect to the elbow joint. Using the arm can become very painful especially on flexing and extending the wrist and fingers. Elbow pain can also be the result of wear and tear giving rise to arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome and repetitive strain injuries. Wrist and hand pain can often be the result of wear and tear leading to arthritis, repetitive strain injuries or carpel tunnel syndrome.
We certainly know what we’re doing when it comes to treating elbow and arm pain and use specific mobilisations along with a specially formulated treatment plan to achieve excellent results.
