Hip Pain
The hip joint is quite a mobile, weightbearing joint, hence quite vulnerable to injury. Hip pain can refer into the lower back and groin region. It is most commonly affected by osteoarthritis. In today’s day and age, we spend a huge amount of time sitting which can shorten the hip flexors and reduce hip mobility.
There are many causes for hip pain such as muscular tension and strain, osteoarthritis, bursitis, congenital conditions or problems in the surrounding areas that can cause referred pain to the hip.
Symptoms of knee issues can be limited range of movement, local swelling, pain on weightbearing and pain at night.
